FULL-TIME HOME INSPECTOR WANTED

**About the Role**

As a full-time Home Inspector, you will travel within Martin and Port saint Lucie Counties to perform detailed inspections of residential and commercial properties. Inspections may involve climbing ladders, entering attics and crawlspaces, and working in all weather conditions. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, personable, and attentive to detail. The position is on the road and is not remote.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Conduct thorough home inspections, assessing structural, electrical, plumbing and HVAC components.

- Document findings and provide clear, concise reports to clients.

- Upsell and perform auxiliary inspection services when appropriate.

- Follow company protocols and quality standards.

**Qualifications**

- State of Florida Home Inspector’s License (required) or actively working toward licensure.

- Good communication and customer service skills.

- Familiarity with residential construction.

- Generally good health with ability to climb ladders, carry up to 50 pounds and work in confined spaces (attics/crawlspaces).

- Comfortable working with computers and mobile devices; able to type efficiently.

- Reliable vehicle capable of transporting ladders and tools; fuel-efficient preferred.

- Willingness to work in all weather conditions and some Saturdays.

- Ability to travel to Palm Beach, Martin and St. Lucie Counties for inspections.

- Bilingual skills are a plus.

**Compensation and Benefits**

- Pay range: $50,000 – $110,000 per year.

- Earn up to 50% commission (see details), including commission on upselling and performing auxiliary services.
